Refund policy

We have a pre-delivery refund policy. This means refunds are applicable minus any store transaction fees prior to order delivery and are subject to some conditions. Refunds are not applicable after arrival on your island for delivery.

Incorrect/ Incomplete Deliveries 
In the unlikely event your delivery is incomplete or incorrect please contact the store and we shall arrange re-delivery of your order.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Treasure Island bookings are not subject to refund if the customer is more than 15 minutes late arriving at their allotted visit time, or if inability to partake in the Treasure Island session is as a result of either the clients online play status or network. Refunds for Treasure Islands are only applicable before the arranged time slot or if Nooks Cranny Technical issues prevent online session.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges 
We are more than happy to amend your order prior to delivery, just contact the store for any queries.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have approved your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
